Deep Sleep Complex is designed to help regulate your sleep cycle and fall asleep quicker. Our unique combination of 5-HTP, magnesium, L-tryptophan, lemon balm extract, hops extract, valerian root extract, choline, zinc and vitamin B6 could help you get a deeper and longer sleep as well as leave you feeling refreshed the next morning.

Take 2 capsules per day with a light carbohydrate snack (e.g. oatcake or half a banana) approximately 45 minutes before bedtime. To assess the full accumulated benefits take for at least 12 weeks.

Our packaging is plastic free ("plastic free" pouches from other brands with a resealable strip are not). That means you should store the capsules in a cool dry place.

In most cases, tiredness is caused by a lack of consistent good-quality sleep, a lack of balanced healthy nutrition, or chronic stress.

  • Avoid eating heavy meals late (within 2-3 hours of going to bed) 
  • Have a relaxing wind-down routine where you do the same things each night 
  • Try to go to sleep at the same time each night 
  • Take natural supplements to help you get off to sleep more easily (more on this below!) 
  • Avoid sources of stress within 1-2 hours of sleep (no emails, social media, news, put your phone on do not disturb and/or mute conversations, etc) 
  • Don’t drink caffeine after 3pm
