Ingredients: Organic Ashwagandha Root (Withania somnifera), Capsule Shell (Vegetable Cellulose).
Magnesium Glycinate and Magnesium Taurate:
Take 2 capsules of each daily with food. For best results, take 2 capsules with lunch and 2 capsules with your evening meal.
Ashwagandha:
Take 2 capsules daily after a main meal, preferably in the evening.
