We sell food supplements and related products. Our products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake stated on the product label. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep products out of reach of children.
3. Product information and availability
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, stock levels and other information on our website are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.
Product packaging, appearance, colours and labels may vary slightly from images shown online. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, change prices, change product formulations where lawful, limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in that order. Your order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been accepted or dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit an order where we reasonably believe there is an error, suspected fraud, unauthorised activity, stock issue, pricing issue, address issue or breach of these terms. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise. Prices, discounts, promotions and delivery charges may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing, payment and delivery information. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
6. Shipping and delivery
Delivery options, costs and estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, incorrect addresses, adverse weather, industrial action or events outside our reasonable control. We will, however, work with you to resolve missing or delayed orders where possible.
For consumer orders, risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you, or to a person identified by you to receive them.
7. Returns, refunds and cancellations

8. Subscriptions and purchase options
Subscription purchases are governed by our Purchase Options and Subscription Cancellations Policy. By purchasing a subscription, you authorise us or our payment providers to charge your selected payment method for repeat deliveries according to the frequency you selected, unless you cancel or change the subscription before the next order is processed.
9. Promotions, discount codes and gift cards
Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional terms, expiry dates, minimum spend requirements or exclusions. We may withdraw or amend promotions at any time where lawful.
Gift cards are not exchangeable for cash and are non-refundable except where required by law.

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, product names, page designs, video, audio and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Ethical Nutrition and is protected by intellectual property laws.

12. Relationship with Shopify
Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide ecommerce services to you. Sales and purchases made through our store are made directly with Ethical Nutrition. Shopify is not responsible for the products we sell or for any sales contract between you and us.

If you submit reviews, feedback, ideas, suggestions, photos or other content to us, you confirm that you have the right to submit that content and that it is accurate, lawful and does not infringe the rights of any third party.
