Most return enquiries can be resolved quickly by contacting us at hello@ethical-nutrition.com. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can confirm the correct return process for your order.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on unused, unopened products. This means you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the product is in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, in its original packaging and in good condition.

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not limit those rights.

Your statutory cancellation rights

If you are buying as a consumer online, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Once you have told us that you wish to cancel, you should return the goods to us within 14 days.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise do not meet legal requirements.

How to start a return

To start a return, email us at hello@ethical-nutrition.com and include:

  • your order number;
  • the email address used to place the order;
  • the item or items you would like to return;
  • the reason for the return; and
  • photos, if the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return postage

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns and returns made under our 30-day money-back guarantee, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

If the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs and will refund any delivery charges or processing fees that we are required to refund by law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the returned goods.

Refunds are for the amount you paid for the returned item. For change-of-mind returns under our 30-day money-back guarantee, original postage is not refunded unless required by law. Where you exercise a statutory cancellation right, we will refund standard delivery charges where required by law. If you selected a more expensive delivery service, we are not required to refund the additional cost above standard delivery.

Please remember that your bank, card provider or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect. This allows us to assess the issue and put it right.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue when contacting us.

Products that cannot be returned

For health, hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened supplement products unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect. We also cannot accept returns of gift cards, except where required by law.

Sale or promotional items remain covered by your statutory rights. Where a sale or promotional item is accepted for return, we will refund the amount you actually paid for that item.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the original item, wait for the return to be approved, and then place a new order for the product you want.

Subscriptions

If you wish to cancel, pause or change a subscription, please provide at least 2 working days’ notice before your next item is due to be shipped. If a subscription order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to stop that shipment.

Subscription deliveries that have already shipped may still be returned if they meet the conditions in this policy. See our Purchase Options and Subscription Cancellations Policy for more information about subscription management.
