UK delivery
We aim to offer a fast and efficient delivery service. We aim to dispatch weekday orders placed before 1pm on the same day using Royal Mail Tracked services.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by weekends, bank holidays, courier delays, customs checks, incorrect address details or events outside our reasonable control.

UK delivery is free when your total order value is over £50. Final delivery options and costs will be shown at checkout before you place your order.
Missing or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at hello@ethical-nutrition.com with your order number and delivery postcode.
Royal Mail and other carriers may require a set period to pass before a parcel can be treated as lost or before a compensation claim can be raised. We will work with you to find a fair resolution once the carrier’s investigation or claim window allows us to do so.
Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout, but we will do what we reasonably can to help.
Subscription delivery
Subscriptions provide repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you select. Subscription orders may qualify for discounted shipping and free ongoing UK delivery for orders over £50, provided the items in the order use the same subscription delivery frequency.
When combining different subscription delivery frequencies, it can be more cost effective and environmentally efficient to group your order into fewer deliveries.
For example, if you want a monthly supply of Ethical Multivitamin and a two-month supply of Vegan Vitamin D, you could select delivery every 60 days for Ethical Multivitamin and add 2 packs, then select delivery every 60 days for Vegan Vitamin D and add 1 pack.
If your subscription order is below £50, you may still reduce delivery costs by adding more packs and choosing a longer delivery frequency, such as 2 bottles every 60 days. Fewer deliveries can also reduce packaging and transport impact.
International delivery
We are currently trialing delivery to the USA using Royal Mail International Tracked, with a delivery aim of 6–7 business days.
International delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, local postal services or events outside our control.
Taxes, customs charges, import duties and brokerage fees are not applied at checkout unless expressly stated. The buyer is responsible for paying any taxes, import duties or customs charges that may apply in the destination country.
