Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and delivery frequency that you select at checkout.

Your payment details are stored securely and you will be charged for each repeat delivery unless you choose to pay in advance or cancel the subscription before the next order is processed.

Managing your subscription

You can cancel, pause or change your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Changes apply to future subscription orders only.

If you checked out as a guest and cannot log in, use the same email address you used to place your order and select the account creation option on the login page.

Cancellation notice

Please provide at least 2 working days’ notice before your next subscription item is due to be shipped. If a subscription order has already been processed, packed or shipped, we may not be able to stop that order.

If your subscription order has already shipped, you may still return unused, unopened products in accordance with our Refunds, Returns and Cancellation Policy.

Subscription delivery and shipping

Subscriptions may qualify for discounted shipping and free ongoing UK delivery for orders over £50, provided the items in the order use the same subscription delivery frequency.

When combining products with different usage lengths, grouping products into the same delivery frequency can be more cost effective and can reduce the number of deliveries.

For example, if you want a monthly supply of Ethical Multivitamin and a two-month supply of Vegan Vitamin D, you could select delivery every 60 days for Ethical Multivitamin and add 2 packs, then select delivery every 60 days for Vegan Vitamin D and add 1 pack.

If your subscription order is below £50, you may still save delivery costs by adding more packs and choosing a longer delivery frequency, such as 2 bottles every 60 days. Fewer deliveries can also be better for the planet.

No hidden minimum term

Unless a product page or offer clearly states otherwise, our standard subscriptions do not require a fixed minimum term. You remain responsible for any order that has already been processed before your cancellation or change request is received.
