Magnesium Glycinate:
Take 2 capsules daily with food. For best results, take 1 capsule with lunch and 1 capsule with your evening meal.
Folate:
Take 1 capsule daily after breakfast.
Omega 3:
Take 2 capsules daily after a main meal.
