Per capsule: Each capsule delivers 860mg of magnesium taurate, consisting of 75mg of magnesium and 785mg of taurine. While you might find products with higher elemental magnesium content, they might not be in the taurate form. The chelated form of Magnesium Taurate is more effective even at lower dosages due to its increased absorption. You have the flexibility to adjust your intake based on your unique needs. The minimum recommended dose is 1 capsule a day, while the maximum is 3 capsules a day. No. Unless a product page or offer clearly says otherwise, standard subscriptions do not have a fixed minimum term. You are only responsible for orders that have already been processed before your change or cancellation request is received.

You can return unused products within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds are processed after the goods are received back and are for the amount paid, excluding postage, unless the product is faulty. Returned products must be unused, unopened and in good condition.
