Ingredients: Brown Rice Flour (Gluten Free), Vegetable Cellulose (Capsule Shell), Cholecalciferol (Vegan Vitamin D3).
Take 1 capsule per day during or after a main meal. If diagnosed with vitamin D deficiency, take up to 4 capsules per day for 12 weeks.
Vitamin D is a fat-soluble nutrient, which means it will take some time for your body to reach optimum levels. If your levels are low, you'll need to take our vegan vitamin D3 for at least 12 weeks to obtain the full benefits.
