Track your order

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or over a weekend or bank holiday, go out on the next working day. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves us.

This is normal for the first few hours. Royal Mail only updates tracking once the parcel has been scanned into their network, which can take until the evening of the day it was dispatched. If there's still nothing 24 hours after your dispatch email, get in touch and we'll chase it.

Check with anyone else at the address first, and look in any safe place you've agreed with Royal Mail — porches, sheds, and neighbours account for most of these. If it still hasn't turned up after 24 hours, contact us with your order number and we'll open an enquiry with Royal Mail and sort it out.

Royal Mail will have left a card with instructions. You can usually rearrange delivery or book a collection from your local delivery office through the Royal Mail website using the same tracking number. Parcels are held for 18 days before being returned to us.

Most UK orders arrive within 2–3 working days of dispatch. During busy periods like Christmas it can take a little longer.
