How to use

Take 1 capsule per day during or after a main meal. For quicker results, you can increase the dosage to 2-3 capsules per day. This is because some people require higher dosages of curcumin.

For maximum benefit, take for at least 12 weeks. This is the most common treatment period according to scientific research.
