Yes, prebiotics and probiotics work in synergy with one another to support gut health. The prebiotic provides food for the probiotic, helping it flourish and grow. Our Digestive Bundle contains prebiotics, probiotics, and digestive enzymes for complete gut support.

When a prebiotic is fermented by gut bacteria, gas is produced as a by-product. The quicker the fermentation, the more gas that’s produced. Prebiotics like FOS (fructooligosaccharides) and inulin have a simple molecular structure which is quickly fermented by gut bacteria. Because of this, they produce more gas which takes longer to pass through the digestive system and can lead to bloating. The kiwi prebiotics in Prebiotic Restore have a much more complex structure that takes longer to be broken down and fermented by bacteria. As a result they are much less likely to cause bloating. In fact, a recent randomized controlled trial, Livaux® was found to alleviate bloating and reduce the numbers of hydrogen-producing bacteria in the gut microbiome [5].

Like all types of fibre, prebiotics need to be taken with plenty of water. The fibre soaks up the water to help form poops that are soft and easy-to-pass. Not drinking enough water will make constipation worse whether you use a prebiotic or not.

When taken as directed Prebiotic Restore is generally well tolerated. Those with a sensitive digestion may experience a mild upset stomach, wind, or bloating but this should settle down in a few days.Do not use this product if you have a latex allergy. Kiwifruits contain similar proteins to latex and can potentially trigger an allergic response.

Match the delivery frequency to how quickly you use the product. If you want fewer parcels, you can order more bottles and choose a longer frequency, such as 3 bottles every 90 days, which gives you free delivery.

No. Unless a product page or offer clearly says otherwise, standard subscriptions do not have a fixed minimum term. You are only responsible for orders that have already been processed before your change or cancellation request is received.

You can return unused products within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds are processed after the goods are received back and are for the amount paid, excluding postage, unless the product is faulty. Returned products must be unused, unopened and in good condition.
