Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cloves & nutmeg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 + 1/8 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup non-dairy milk (like cashew)
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup oil (e.g., avocado)
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Prep an 8 x 4-inch loaf pan.
- Sift flour, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
